I am a feeding specialist based in greater Auckland.
I provide high quality breast feeding support to mums and babies as a Lactation Consultant.
I also provide feeding therapy to infants and children as a Speech Language Therapist.

Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding is a wonderful and natural way to provide essential nutrients and build a strong bond with your baby. However, it can also come with challenges, and mothers may need support and guidance along the way. My goal is to provide the information, resources and support you need to overcome any obstacles and meet your breastfeeding goals.

Antenatal Consultation

Answering all your breastfeeding questions before baby arrives can help you feel prepared. Creating a plan for feeding and having a visit after you bring baby home to support you. I will be available for follow up phone calls or texts for your first few weeks.

Feeding Therapy

Feeding difficulties can be stressful for the entire family. Feeding therapy is aimed at making mealtimes a positive experience, with your child enjoying a range of foods.

Starting Solids for babies

Early intervention has been proven to be more effective which means that the younger your child is, the easier it is for them to make changes. If your baby or toddler is having any challenges with solids, I have the evidence based strategies to help.
